The studio prides itself on its versatile range of group classes and private 1-2-1 sessions which run throughout the week by inspiring Instructors. We currently run 14 different class types from absolute beginners to advanced, sports to cardio-based, and of course rehabilitation.
A great opportunity to combine Reformer and matwork exercises at an essential and intermediate level. This class is a great progression from the foundation class by providing a continuation of exercises and workouts to develop strength and control for the entire body.

This class is for level 1 participants who are progressing to the next level or for those with some experience in pilates who wish to master their skills. The intermediate repetoire will be introduced as skills and principles are perfected from the essential level. The reformer works to tone and sculpt the body while challenging the core stability. Pre-requisite is the foundation course or our fast track option.
A Reformer class with a twist. We incorporate chairs, jumpboard, x-cisers and small props into this high variety Reformer class. Full of suprises you will not be disappointed. Our foundation course or at least 10 level 1-2 classes must be attended before joining this class.
This class incorporates intermediate and advanced exercises for a full body workout that is both invigorating and challenging. The reformer is a fantastic piece of equipment that works the core on a moving surface and strengthens the periphery at the same time. Challenge your core stability, increase strength and flexibility and improve posture with this dynamic class
An Intermediate/Advanced level class that further challenges the body using the reformer and small props. The springs and resistance bars of the reformer provide a wide variety of exercises to strengthen the core, challenge stability and increase strength. The chair will be incorporated into these classes to further widen the variety and challenge of each class. At least 20 level 1-2 classes must be attended and approval from the instructor before attending this class.
This class is a progression on the Reformer classes for those that want a faster paced, more intense workout. The challenge on strength and stability is enhanced as advanced exercises are introduced while correct alignment and co-ordination is expected. Great for improving sport and fitness performance this class is fun, dynamic and energetic, participants will not be disappointed. Please note this is an L3+ (Advanced plus) class.
A heart raising traditional reformer class with the jump board and cardio tramp.
This is a completely new class using a new unique piece of equipment. It will teach you precision control of balance and strength on the all new Stability Barrels. There is no core workout like it!
Taught by our Senior Instructors, this is a slower-paced class designed to suit all clients with muscular-skeletal or neurological conditions who will benefit from regular Pilates exercise. Clients are worked functionally and safely in a low impact environment where individual modifications are utilised within pain free range. This class is also suitable for pre-post natal clients.
This class focuses on the pelvic area and is perfect for beginners, pre/post natal, lumbo-pelvic dysfunction or hip problems. Using a combination of equipment the exercises concentrate on strengthening and re-balancing this problem area.
This class works specifically on balance and symmetry using equipment small & large. Its a great class for Equestrians and anyone who is trying to rectify imbalances.
This is our Advanced level class for those with a lot of experience and skill in Pilates. This is a faster, more challenging and progressive session that will leave you feeling invigorated and worked by the end. Clients will challenge their strength and stability with the cadillac, chair, barrels and small props sure to get their heart racing and whole body toned. For a great way to achieve fitness goals and further improve body alignment give this class a try. At least 10 level 2-3 classes must be completed and approval by the instructor before attending. This also incorporates Total Barre™ with focuses on Legs, buttocks and abdominals.

Throughout the work, the power lies not only in the movement itself, but rather on a purposeful intention while we move. Various props are used to support the body and create a focal point to direct our breath allowing more fluidity and ease in the physical body.
