We reserve the right to cancel any class, at any time – we will inform any clients booked into said class.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Classes are based on a first-come, first served basis.
We therefore strongly advise all clients to pre-book their place in their desired class/es as there are now strict numbers for each class and if full, you may be turned away as classes are structured on the booked numbers.
Normal classes will be booked upon receipt of your payment (at present each weekend), clients will be emailed confirmation of these. Clients will then be able to cancel/change any classes using our online booking system (Mindbody). Each client will be given their own personal login details ONLY when they purchase a block of classes. If you have purchased a block of classes and not received them, please ask.
At least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of a class is required. If not, the client will be charged for the session in all instances.
We reserve the right to cancel any class that has very low numbers and at short notice, we will advise any cancellations via email. It is the client’s responsibility to check their emails or the online app to ensure the class is going ahead that day. If we cancel the class, the client will not lose a credit and it will either be added to the end of their block or left for them to re-book at their leisure.
For ALL clients who buy classes via the block payment scheme:-
When the studio is closed for bank holidays and you attend the same regular Monday to Friday class/es each week, we will extend the block so that you are able to take the missed class/es the following week or at the end of your block.
On other occasions (ie Christmas), all class block payments will be extended by the number of days the studio is closed.
Private sessions are booked and cancelled on an individual basis with your Instructor/Admin and NOT through Mindbody.
At least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation of a private session is required. If not, the client will be charged for the session in all instances.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
As block purchases are heavily discounted, all sessions must be used within the block period, no extensions will be given.

Caroline runs her own successful fully equipped Pilates Studio (8 x reformer, 8 x chair & other apparatus) plus a private consultation room with a reformer, chair, barrel and Cadillac from Balance Studios, which is based in the scenic rural town of Witney, West Oxfordshire.
