Caroline Murray

Caroline Murray is a fully certified STOTT PILATES Instructor who works from her fully equiped Pilates studio at Balance Studios, Witney and from her home studio in Standlake, Oxfordshire. In addition she works with STOTT PILATES as an Instructor Trainer teaching and examining fitness professionals and Pilates Instructors in the Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel and Chair repertoire.

Caroline originally came from an athletic background competing for many years at national level and has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and fitness class instructor.

Caroline is trained and qualified in Sports Massage Therapy and incorporates this therapy practice and knowledge into her Pilates teaching. She has been teaching Pilates specific programming for 8 years and her expertise ranges from injuries and special populations to sports specific programming. Her client base of all ages love her creative and effective classes and dedicated one-to-one clients have had their lives changed by her passion and commitment to helpingĀ them rehabilitate and achieve their goals.

Caroline presents at fitness conventions and teaches workshops and courses to Pilates students throughout the country, she prides herself in her dedication and commitment to the method of Pilates and educating others.
